You shouldn’t have to sacrifice great flavor for proper nutrition, or vice versa. We work with anyone to create food customized to whatever your dietary needs might be. Ketogenic, Atkins, Paleo, Gluten Free, Whole30 and more. We also partner with personal trainers to create menu ideas that compliment their nutritional strategies for their clients.

Chef Sean is a certified personal trainer with a degree from NPTI, a Pn1 certified nutrition coach, and has worked with multiple professional sports teams, including the Chicago Cubs when they won the World Series. 

How the Service Works

  1. Initial Consultation with the Trainer: We will work together to understand the dietary framework you have developed for your clients, including their nutritional goals, restrictions, and preferences.

  2. Custom Meal Plan Creation: Using the provided dietary framework, I will develop a custom meal plan for each client. This plan will not only meet their nutritional needs but will also include enjoyable recipes that reflect their taste preferences.

  3. Ongoing Support and Adjustments: As your clients progress, I will be available to make adjustments to their meal plans to ensure continued success and adherence. Regular feedback sessions can help fine-tune their dietary strategies.

  4. Culinary Workshops: Optional workshops can be offered where clients learn cooking techniques, meal prep skills, and how to create delicious, nutritious meals. This hands-on experience can enhance their confidence in the kitchen and increase the likelihood of adherence to their diet.
